Laura and I both love "The Sandlot." Released just five days after my eldest was born sixteen years ago, it has a great story, summer kid mayhem, baseball, fireworks, and a giant pickle - what's not to love? If you haven't watched it lately, now is definitely the right time! We both have kids in summer baseball leagues and it's such a hoot to watch the young ones learn the "thinking man's game!"
