Change is always in season!

We've recently reconfigured our layout to offer a more relaxed and spacious area for you to choose your tuxedos! Can't wait to help you and your guys look and feel good for the big day!

New formals and party dresses!

We received new arrivals from distinctly different collections: Nicole Miller and our newest offering, Ya!.

You'll notice we added a new color, steel, in our short ruffled collar v-neck techno metal along with a sassy one-shouldered floor length techno metal stunner and a charcoal silk crepe gown that is epically comfortable and flattering!

Ya! is on a different end of the scale with young, sweet designs that are fun to wear and own. And these three styles range in price from $49 to $52! Can you believe so much fashion for such a little price? We love them!

Look for more new arrivals later this week from Stop Staring! and new fashion jewelry - so fun!

Thanks to our Tess and her twin sister Sarah for modeling our newest designs!

We need your help!

We need your help! Friday evening as one of our lovely brides was choosing her bridal gown she lost her phone. We've looked everywhere and have concluded that another shopper must have accidentally taken her phone thinking it was theirs. We hate for such an awful thing to happen during what is supposed to be such a happy time. If you find it and help us return it to our bride we'll give you a $50 gift certificate!

Soul Surfer

If you've followed along our blog for a length of time you know that we LOVE movies! Just this past Sunday my sweet hubby Jay and I saw Soul Surfer. My first impression of Soul Surfer was that it while it was a little cheesy, "somewhere between cheddar and jalapeno jack" to quote the movie, it was still an exceptional and inspiring story. Bethany Hamilton's story is definitely worth sharing. I ended up liking it enough to go back yesterday with my eleven-year-old daughter, my sister and my mother. It was the perfect girls' day out and I liked the movie even more the second time around and couldn't remember what I thought was at all cheesy about it. Go see it - you'll love it!

(And it was just what we thought, Toni - Bethany did her own stunt surfing! But so did her best friend Alana Blanchard. I thought that was pretty awesome!)

The credit for this photo of Bethany surfing in Indonesia in 2009 is given to Noah Hamilton, Bethany's older brother who is clearly gifted as well. What an incredible family!

Chicago Update, Part 1

Laura and I spent last Sunday basking in fashion down in Chi-town and now I want to give you a little gander at the coming attractions at Premiere Couture. (Here's an additional sneak peek.)

First up, we spent our morning with Robert Bullock and his fabulous frocks. But the wedding gowns will come in part two. What I'm sharing with you here in part one is this amazing mother's dress that will be gracing our presence this fall! It is so super flattering that we're certain moms looking for something more than ordinary will love it! We know we were totally smitten!

Next up is Stop Staring, a super collection of dresses born and bred in the USA that pay homage to the glamorous fashions of the fifties. They're marketing is racier than we love, but their dresses are actually very lady-like and super flattering. And while they'll be part of our ready-to-wear collection, they're also available for reorder in sizes up to 18! Woot!

We are super happy to re-introduce the Dessy Group to our bridesmaid collection! We offered Dessy and After Six for years but when we moved to Madison we eliminated any collection that was already represented in Madison. After continually fielding calls requesting these designs it finally dawned on us that the way was free and clear for us to once again offer these fashionable and affordable designs. One of the four lines we picked up is the Lela Rose collection - we really loved the softness and femininety of the designs.

Another new addition to our ready-to-wear collection is YA - young, fresh designs that are so cute and affordable ($40 - $60!) that you'll want to fill your closet with them! They are perfect for attending weddings, graduation parties or for the graduation ceremony. We should start receiving dresses as early as this month with new designs arriving all summer long! Yay!

That's it for now! Stay tuned for part two: a new bridal gown collection, a sneak peek at new Robert Bullocks and more new ready-to-wear!
