Sara & Chad

Ceremony and Reception:  Sara's parents' farm
Florist:   Floral Expressions
Photographer:  Hanson Photography

Story from your day:   "We were afraid of rain, so I got all of my Ladies purple frilly umbrellas & a white one for myself.  They turned into an accessory rather than a necessity.  Mother Nature gave us a gorgeous day."

Advice for those getting married:   "My only advice is to keep it personal.  Chad and I got engaged on my parent's farm and that is where we got married and maybe even hope to live someday.  We celebrated with close friends and family, a pig roast and a bonfire, which was perfect for us.  Do what is right for you."

" I LOVE my dress, I love my accessories, I love my Mom’s dress, and I love my rehearsal dinner dress (Chad’s fav, I think).  You were wonderful and I will refer you to everyone I know" - Sara

You Don't Want to Wear a Strapless Bridal Gown?

The strapless trend looks like it's here to stay.  So, what's a bride to do when she wants something different?

We at Premiere Couture believe every bride should get what she wants and that is why unlike most stores who have nearly no options for brides who want straps we have LOTS of options.  In fact 35% of our bridal gowns are not strapless and many that are strapless can be customized by the designer to have nearly any strap a bride can imagine.

It is so nice to have new and favorite styles in from Nicole Miller! Her fashionable designs speak to the modern woman looking for something less traditional and genuinely memorable.

We have new party dresss coming out of our ears!

Laura and I recently traveled to Chicago to attend Stylemax and choose party dresses and homecoming dresses. And choose dresses we did! About 94 new styles to be exact! Yikes! The ones we have already received are so much fun and we made certain that they are priced to please. In addition to new dresses, we have a fabulous new consultant working for us. Nicole is a student at the UW and shows off our new designs perfectly! Here's just a handful of our new designs. For speedier updates about our new arrivals, check out our Facebook page.

New formals and party dresses!

We received new arrivals from distinctly different collections: Nicole Miller and our newest offering, Ya!.

You'll notice we added a new color, steel, in our short ruffled collar v-neck techno metal along with a sassy one-shouldered floor length techno metal stunner and a charcoal silk crepe gown that is epically comfortable and flattering!

Ya! is on a different end of the scale with young, sweet designs that are fun to wear and own. And these three styles range in price from $49 to $52! Can you believe so much fashion for such a little price? We love them!

Look for more new arrivals later this week from Stop Staring! and new fashion jewelry - so fun!

Thanks to our Tess and her twin sister Sarah for modeling our newest designs!

New from Sara Gabriel, Janet Nelson Kumar, Nicole Miller and Touch Ups

We have new arrivals from Sara Gabriel, Nicole Miller, Janet Nelson Kumar and Touch Ups! Plus, since we had Julia here to model for us, we had her model Lynn Lugo's bridal gowns since we only showed them on mannequins before. We also threw in a Suzi Chin that's perfect for the informal wedding or as a rehearsal dinner dress but now we only have one left!

First here's several of our new Sara Gabriel pieces - we have several more, too, that we just haven't photographed yet! They are all amazingly beautiful and fun!

Here's that cute little Suzy chin I mentioned! Isn't this silk dupioni number a dazzler? Just one left!

Another winner from Nicole Miller in mocha Techno Metal - we can't get enough of it!

Just one of our new pairs of Touch Ups along with another great new piece from Sara Gabriel!

Remember Champagne Cup from Janet Nelson Kumar? We finally have ours! Yay! I think I blogged about it before but now you see it on beautiful Julia. I always prefer to see them on a real person, don't you?

Again, we took the opportunity to show some designs, Lynn Lugo bridal designs to be exact, that we received earlier but on a real person this time. First up is Jaden with one of Lynn's simple but striking sashes and a feather flower from Imagine Bliss.
Lynn Lugo's Dakota is a stunner! And as with all of the bridal gowns, she comes with a crazy fun detachable flower with a broach center.

Colleen by Lynn Lugo is especially special in silk satin! Did you notice the striking new belt from Sara Gabriel?
