Love at first sight

Janet Nelson Kumar's respendent new arrival

We are so thrilled to finally possess Janet Nelson Kumar's "Amber" from her Belle Fille collection! A version of one of our all-time-favorite designs, "Ambrosia", "Amber" is elegance personified in fine Italian re-embroidered lace and silk satin. The cap sleeves offer a delightful alternative to strapless necklines and the fit is impeccable! We love you, "Amber"!

Laura and I are both totally captivated by our newest Lea-Ann Belter arrival. Silk dupioni wrapped asymmetrically around the fabulously shaped bodice, a beautiful A-line skirt with perfectly placed pleats and flowers fashioned of silk organza and feathers; "Carmen" is truly exquisite!

New York brought new bridal designs - like right now!

Never have we so immediately received new designs that we ordered at New York market. We generally have to wait months. Not this year! We've received new designs from each of our designers with the exception of Janet Nelson Kumar and we expect our first one from her next week!

November: Football + Thanksgiving = The Blind Side

The leaves have fallen, there's a crisp chill in the air. Who can think of November without thinking about Thanksgiving and football? Laura and I have had the hardest time in the past coming up with a movie that we love that celebrates Thanksgiving, one of our favorite holidays, but fortunately with The Blind Side, our problem is solved! If you've seen this movie I'm sure that you also found this story of family, love and generosity truly inspiring.
